T1 Pink Horse Chestnut: Extensive canker with related decay surrounding lower stem. Decaying fruiting body (possibly Laetiporus Sulphureus). Crown imbalanced over neighbours drive. Fell to allow for replacement. T2 Horse Chestnut: Reduce two branch systems by 2m to 4m, one overhanging the rear neighbours drive and the other overhanging the garden of No.58. This to reduce the risk of major branch failures.
